The Company is involved in activities including Taylor Smith foundation, Welfare, CSR program and Company events, where Children's personal data may be collected. Profilage Océan Indien Ltée will be using or disclosing the data only as permitted by law, with the clear consent of the parents or guardians of the child or as required for the child's protection. If we accidentally collect personal data of a child without verified prior permission from the parent or guardian, we will endeavor to delete the data at the earliest practicable opportunity.

Your personal data we collect may be processed or accessed outside Mauritius where Profilage Océan Indien Ltée or its affiliates, service providers or business partners are situated.
